Test of Essential Academic Skills

How to Register

1. Go to the Assessment Technologies Institute website.
2. Create an account with a username and password.
3. Go back to the homepage, and on the lower right side of the page, click “Register for the TEAS.”
4. Enter “TEAS for Nursing Students” for the Program Type.
5. Enter “USA” for Country.
6. Enter “New York” for State.
7. Enter “Levittown” for City.
8. All of Hunter’s available test dates and times will show up.
9. Choose which date you would like to take the test.
10. Click “Register,” and follow the instructions, which include making your $86 payment online.
11. You are all set for the test!
12. Remember to bring your username, password, and photo ID to Hunter the day of the test.

How to Purchase a Study Manual

1. Go to the Assessment Technologies Institute website.
2. Click on Online Store at the top of the screen.
3. Click on TEAS® Products under Shop by… on the left side of the screen.
4. Click on ATI TEAS Study Manual—Sixth Edition.
5. The cost is $50, plus shipping.
